ok first I downloaded Microsoft live writer, (part of microsoft live essentials, google it to find out more) And I got This plugin http://gallery.live.com/liveItemDetail.aspx?li=a0c0bb15-26e3-470c-a24c-779e6f26463b&bt=9&pl=8 and downloaded it and installed it;
after that I got a Microsoft live account for Skydrive, uploaded the Mp3 to skydrive, and put the link to the MP3 in the little prompt for the player.
